1Overview
Every delivery method meets the same care standard: your puppy travels well-fed, comfortable, and with a familiar-smelling comfort item, alongside complete health and registration paperwork. Every puppy is priced at $550, and the fees below are added on top of that base price depending on how you choose to bring your puppy home. The same live calculator shown on the Puppy Contract page confirms your total in writing before you submit payment, so there's never a surprise between what you see here and what you're asked to pay.
We built four distinct paths home because families arrive at this decision from very different starting points — some want the fastest possible option regardless of distance, some want to meet us and the litter in person, and some simply aren't ready to commit to a specific pickup date yet. Read through each option below and pick the one that actually fits your life, not just the cheapest line item.
Airport
Flight-nanny to your nearest major airport.
Home
Delivery straight to your door.
Pickup
Visit us in person, no fee.
Reservation
Flat deposit, balance at pickup.
2Ship to Buyer's Airport — +$200
Your puppy flies with an approved, experienced flight nanny directly to the major airport nearest you. This is our most common option for families more than a day's drive away, and it typically gets your puppy home faster than ground transportation — often the very same day the flight departs. We coordinate flight timing with you well in advance, confirm the airline's current pet-travel policy and any seasonal temperature restrictions, and provide tracking details and a direct point of contact for the day of travel.
On arrival, the nanny meets you at a pre-agreed location inside or just outside the terminal, hands off your puppy along with their travel documentation, and stays available by phone until you've confirmed everything looks right. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled landing time so the handoff isn't rushed.
3Ship to Buyer's Address — +$250
Home delivery brings your puppy directly to your front door in a climate-controlled vehicle, with scheduled rest, water, and comfort stops built into the route. This option is popular with families who want to skip travel logistics altogether and would rather the puppy's very first trip be the last one, ending at your address instead of a terminal. Delivery windows are confirmed 24–48 hours in advance, and we'll text or call when the driver is roughly 30 minutes out so you're ready for the handoff.
Ground delivery routes are planned to avoid extreme heat or cold during transit, and drivers check in with us periodically along the route. If weather or road conditions change mid-route, we'll reach out immediately with an updated plan rather than let a delivery proceed under unsafe conditions.
4Pickup at Seller's Address — No Fee
Local and regional families are always welcome to visit and pick up their puppy directly, by appointment, at no additional delivery cost. This is a wonderful option if you'd like a short in-person meet-and-greet with the puppy — and, when available, their parents — before heading home, and it's the option that lets you ask any last-minute questions face to face rather than over email.
Pickup appointments typically run 30–45 minutes and can usually be scheduled within a few days of your Puppy Contract being finalized, once your puppy has reached the required travel age of ten weeks and cleared their pre-departure vet check. We'll walk you through feeding schedule, house-training progress so far, and your written Health Guarantee in person before you leave.
5Reservation Before Pickup — $300 Deposit
Not quite ready to commit to a delivery date, or hoping to reserve a puppy from a litter that hasn't been born yet? A $300 flat deposit reserves your chosen puppy — or your place in line for an upcoming litter — while you finalize your plans. This deposit is credited in full toward your final total, with the remaining balance, plus whichever delivery method you choose later, due before pickup or shipping.
Reservation deposits are processed the same way as any other payment on the Puppy Contract form and are covered by the terms described in our Refund Policy tab, including the circumstances under which a deposit is fully refundable.
6Preparing for Travel Day
In the days leading up to any delivery method, we recommend having a few essentials ready at home: a properly sized crate, a soft blanket or towel with a familiar scent, a shallow water bowl, and an appointment already booked with your local veterinarian for the required 72-hour wellness exam described in our Health Guarantee tab. We send a short checklist by email once your Puppy Contract is confirmed so nothing catches you off guard on the day itself.
7What to Expect on Delivery Day
Confirmation Call or Text
We confirm timing, location, and any last questions 24–48 hours ahead of pickup, flight, or delivery, and share a direct line to reach us on the day itself.
Handoff & Paperwork
You'll receive vaccination records, AKC paperwork, and your written Health Guarantee at handoff, along with a small starter supply of the food your puppy is already used to.
Check-In
We follow up within a few days to see how the first nights at home are going, and we remain reachable for questions long after that.
8Weather & Scheduling Changes
Occasionally, weather or airline scheduling requires us to adjust a travel date. When that happens, we reach out as early as possible with a revised plan — safety always takes priority over convenience, and we would rather delay a trip by a day than risk your puppy's comfort or wellbeing in transit. Any rescheduling caused by weather, airline changes, or circumstances on our end is done at no additional cost to you.
9Notes for Canadian Buyers
We're glad to place puppies with families in Canada through either airport or home delivery. Canadian buyers are responsible for confirming any import paperwork, health certificates, or duties required by Canadian customs and their province of residence; we provide all US-side documentation needed to support that process, including export-ready health records. E-Transfer is available as a payment method for Canadian buyers specifically — see the Puppy Contract page for the full list of accepted payment methods.
10Travel Safety
All air and ground travel follows current USDA pet transport guidelines and airline pet-safety requirements, including seasonal and weather-based travel restrictions on live-animal cargo and in-cabin transport. Every flight nanny we work with is experienced specifically with young puppies, not general pet transport, and every ground driver follows a route plan that avoids unnecessary long stops in a parked vehicle.
If conditions aren't safe for travel — extreme heat, severe storms, or an airline-issued embargo — we reschedule rather than compromise your puppy's wellbeing. No exceptions, no matter how close the date is.
1What's Covered
Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before going home and is guaranteed free of contagious illness and life-threatening congenital defects at the time of sale — included automatically with every puppy at no extra cost. This isn't an optional add-on or an upsell; it's a standard part of how every Prestige Aussies puppy is sold.
| Covered | Not Covered |
|---|---|
| ✓ Contagious illness present at pickup | ✕ Illness or injury after pickup unrelated to a pre-existing condition |
| ✓ Life-threatening congenital defects | ✕ Minor cosmetic traits (bite, coat markings, eye color) |
| ✓ Parasites present at time of sale | ✕ Conditions caused by improper care after pickup |
2The 72-Hour Vet Visit
Buyers agree to schedule an exam with a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. If that exam uncovers a condition traceable to us as the breeder, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement puppy upon return, per our Refund Policy tab.
We strongly recommend booking this appointment before your puppy even arrives, so the exam happens as close to pickup as possible rather than being squeezed in on day three. If your regular vet doesn't have an opening in time, most areas have same-day or urgent-care veterinary clinics that can perform the wellness check comfortably within the window.
3Genetic & Hereditary Conditions
Beyond the initial 72-hour window, our guarantee extends to cover major, life-threatening genetic conditions common to the breed — including hereditary hip dysplasia and inherited eye disorders such as progressive retinal atrophy — for a period of 12 months from the date of pickup or delivery, provided the condition is diagnosed and documented by a licensed veterinarian and the puppy has received appropriate ongoing veterinary care during that time.
4Vaccination & Deworming Records
Every puppy goes home with complete documentation of vaccinations and deworming treatments administered to date, along with a recommended schedule for your vet to continue. AKC registration paperwork is included as well, so your puppy's pedigree and ownership transfer are fully in order from day one, with nothing left for you to chase down later.
5Parent Health Screening
Both parent dogs are selected for sound temperament and screened for conditions common to the Australian Shepherd breed before being bred, including hip and eye evaluations. We're happy to share what screening has been performed on request — full transparency about our breeding program is part of how we operate, not something you have to ask twice for.
6How to File a Guarantee Claim
If your veterinarian identifies a covered condition, email us at info@prestigeeaussies.com with your puppy's name, the date of your exam, and written documentation from your vet describing the diagnosis. We respond to guarantee claims quickly, typically within one business day, and will walk you through the refund or replacement process outlined in our Refund Policy tab — we want this resolved as smoothly and quickly as you do.
7What's Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover illness, injury, or parasites acquired after the puppy leaves our care, conditions resulting from improper diet, care, or delayed veterinary attention, or normal breed traits such as coat pattern, adult size within standard range, or minor bite variations. It also does not cover incidents involving unsupervised time outdoors, in line with the Safety & Supervision clause of the Puppy Contract, and it does not extend to conditions first diagnosed after the 12-month hereditary-condition window has closed.
8Guarantee Duration Summary
| Coverage | Window |
|---|---|
| Contagious illness & parasites present at sale | 72 hours from pickup/delivery |
| Life-threatening congenital defects | 72 hours from pickup/delivery |
| Major hereditary/genetic conditions | 12 months from pickup/delivery |
130-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your placement isn't working out within the first 30 days of pickup or delivery, we offer a full refund of the puppy's purchase price upon return of the puppy to us in good health. We ask that you contact us as soon as you sense the placement isn't the right fit — often a quick conversation resolves the issue, but if a return is genuinely the best outcome for you and the puppy, we'll make that process as smooth and judgment-free as possible.
2Health Guarantee Refunds
If your licensed veterinarian identifies a condition covered under our Health Guarantee during the required 72-hour exam, you're entitled to choose between a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement puppy from a future litter, entirely at your preference. Refunds under this section require the original veterinary documentation described on our Health Guarantee tab, and we'll never ask you to jump through more hoops than that single document.
3Deposits & Reservations
The $300 Reservation Before Pickup deposit secures your chosen puppy or your place in line for an upcoming litter and is credited toward your final total. Reservation deposits are refundable in full if we are unable to deliver a puppy matching what was reserved, or as outlined under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee once the puppy is placed. If a buyer voluntarily cancels a reservation before the puppy is placed, see the Buyer-Initiated Cancellations section below.
4How the Refund Process Works
Reach Out
Email info@prestigeeaussies.com describing the situation, along with any relevant veterinary documentation.
We Confirm Eligibility
We review your request against the terms above and confirm which refund path applies — typically within one business day.
Return, If Applicable
For 30-Day Satisfaction or Health Guarantee refunds, we coordinate the puppy's return to our care.
Refund Issued
Your refund is issued via the same method used for the original payment whenever possible.
5Refund Timing
Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days of the puppy's return (where applicable) or of eligibility being confirmed. Timing can vary slightly depending on the original payment method — bank wire and E-Transfer refunds sometimes take a business day or two longer to process than digital wallet methods like Zelle or Apple Pay.
6Non-Refundable Fees
Delivery and shipping fees already incurred — such as a completed flight-nanny booking or a home delivery already in transit — are non-refundable once the service has been performed, even if a refund is later issued for the puppy itself. We'll always tell you clearly, before you pay, exactly which fees fall into this category, so there's no ambiguity if a refund situation ever comes up.
7Buyer-Initiated Cancellations
If you need to cancel a reservation before your puppy has been placed with you, let us know as early as possible. Reservation deposits canceled more than 7 days before an agreed pickup or delivery date are refunded in full. Cancellations made within 7 days of an agreed date may be subject to a partial deduction to cover costs already committed on our end, such as travel or delivery arrangements already booked on your behalf.
8Resolving a Disagreement
We've never had a refund dispute we couldn't resolve through a direct conversation, and that's always our first step. If you ever feel this policy hasn't been applied fairly to your situation, email us and ask to speak directly with the breeder — we'll work it out.
1Acceptance of Terms
By browsing prestigeeaussies.com, submitting any form on this site, or entering into a Puppy Contract with us, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before submitting a form or completing a purchase so we can address your concerns directly.
2Website Accuracy & Availability
We update puppy availability, pricing, and details as accurately and promptly as we can, but availability can change quickly — occasionally a puppy shown as available may already be under contract with another family. In that case, we'll let you know immediately and help you find the right match from the remaining litter or an upcoming one. We do not guarantee the website will be free of typographical errors or uninterrupted at all times.
3Buyer Eligibility
To reserve or purchase a puppy, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your state, province, or country of residence. We reserve the right to decline a sale to anyone if we believe, in good faith, that the placement would not be in the best interest of the puppy.
4Relationship to the Puppy Contract
These general Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website itself. The specific terms of any individual puppy purchase — including price, delivery method, and the clauses you sign electronically — are governed by the Puppy Contract you complete for that transaction. Where the two documents overlap, the signed Puppy Contract controls for that specific purchase.
5Payments & Payment Methods
We accept Zelle, Chime, Apple Pay (Cash Balance), Varo, Bank Wire Transfer, and E-Transfer (Canadian buyers only) as described on the Puppy Contract page. All prices displayed on this website are in US Dollars. You are responsible for any fees your bank, card issuer, or payment provider charges on their end for sending a payment; we do not add hidden processing fees beyond the delivery and reservation fees clearly shown before you submit payment.
6Intellectual Property
All text, photography, and design on this website belong to Prestige Aussies unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. Photos of family testimonials are shared with permission from the families pictured.
7Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website — including submitting false information through our forms, attempting to interfere with the site's normal operation, or using any content from this site to misrepresent our program elsewhere. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this section.
8Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in how we raise, screen, and place every puppy, Prestige Aussies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the ownership of a puppy purchased from us, beyond the specific remedies described in our Health Guarantee and Refund Policy.
9Governing Law
These terms, and any Puppy Contract entered into through this website, are governed by the laws of the state in which Prestige Aussies operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal or provincial law for buyers located in Canada.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our program or applicable law. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. We encourage returning visitors to review this page periodically.
1Information We Collect
When you use our Contact form, the "Ask About" puppy inquiry modal, or the Puppy Contract, we collect the information you choose to submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, state or province, the puppy you're interested in, and any message you write to us. When you complete a Puppy Contract, we also collect your electronic signature and the delivery and payment options you select.
2How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, process your puppy reservation or purchase, coordinate delivery or pickup logistics, send you confirmation emails and receipts, and follow up on health guarantee or refund matters if they arise. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3How Your Information Is Stored
Form submissions are delivered directly to our business email inbox via our website's own secure mail server — we do not route your information through third-party form or marketing platforms. Draft form data (such as a partially completed Puppy Contract) may be temporarily stored in your own browser's local storage so you don't lose your progress if you navigate away; this draft data stays on your device and is cleared automatically once your submission is successful.
4Sharing With Third Parties
We only share your information with third parties when it's necessary to complete your transaction — for example, with a flight-nanny or delivery service when you choose airport or home delivery, or with our veterinary partner in connection with your puppy's health records. We do not share your information for advertising purposes.
5Signature & Contract Data
Your electronic signature, captured on the Puppy Contract form, is embedded into a PDF copy of your contract and emailed to both you and us for record-keeping. This signature image is used solely to document your agreement to that specific contract and is not used for any other purpose.
6Cookies & Local Storage
This website does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only for the practical purpose of saving your in-progress form answers, described above, so a refresh doesn't lose your work. No analytics or advertising identifiers are stored alongside this data.
7Your Choices & Rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have on file for you, to correct inaccurate information, or to delete information we no longer need to retain for legal, tax, or health-guarantee record-keeping purposes. To make a request, email info@prestigeeaussies.com and we'll respond promptly.
8Children's Privacy
Our forms are intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older who are inquiring about or purchasing a puppy. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
